Fredrick Burns was born in Jackson, MS and is a graduate of an HBCU Thee Jackson State University where he received a degree in Computer Engineering (B.S).  Fredrick (who prefers to be called Fred) considers himself an artist instead of a technologist. He calls it - the evolution of the hashtag. His vision is for the CultureSnap app to be used to display Black Excellence and the visual representation of the Culture. Fred is the Father of Twin boys Mason & McKenzie. Fred has written multiple technical grants as a part of his efforts to give back to his community and expose blacks to coding. You can find Fred on LinkedIn if you want to review his deep commitment to giving back to the community.
